Cricket Hill Associates provides direct deposit payroll and related prepaid cards that generate substantial savings for businesses while providing convenience, safety and value for employees. Payroll Cards can eliminate paper payroll checks and replace travel vouchers and expense and reimbursement checks. 

Making the switch to prepaid cards is simple. There is no need to change ACH Providers or Payroll Processors to utilize Payroll Cards. There is no need to install hardware or software. The employer can simply and easily integrate the cards into their existing payment systems. Cricket Hill’s Solutions are powered by Load-n-go, an approved Member Service Provider for MasterCard issuing banks with a single focus on advanced payroll and payment distribution products and services. Customer and Cardholder support is provided 24 hours a day in both English and Spanish.

The Payroll Card method of payment eliminates the costly and time-consuming process of paying employees with traditional paper checks. Payments to recipients are made via ACH and Direct Deposit to recipient accounts (just like any other direct deposit to a checking account) on designated paydays. Furthermore, this payment method greatly reduces other costs associated with paper checks by reducing fraud, lost and stolen checks, replacement checks, etc.

Cricket Hill markets two types of direct deposit payroll cards:

1. The MasterCard® Payroll Card, offering the broadest acceptance. This is a prepaid card that is accepted wherever Debit MasterCard is accepted at millions of locations worldwide including Automated Teller Machines ("ATM") and retail locations as well as Internet and telephone merchants that accept Debit MasterCard. For added convenience, cardholders can also get cash-back from most point-of-sale ("POS") merchants.

2. The Debit Payroll Card is also a prepaid card that utilizes a PIN to complete a transaction. The Debit Payroll Card can be used at over one million ATM machines and millions of POS merchants around the world. Cardholders can also get cash back at the point of sale. This card is also ideal for short-term or temp employees who may only receive payments for short periods of time.

  • Temporary pay and termination pay can be handled in a matter of minutes.

The Payroll Card system is completely automated allowing the Human Resources Payroll Department to save time, money and valuable resources over traditional issuance of paper checks. Furthermore, the employer can eliminate the expenses associated with Stop Payments, Check Replacement, Fraud and Lost or Stolen Checks.
