Custom, Automated Greeting Card Service Just in Time for the Holiday Season

Retex Members who have traditionally done direct mail campaigns by glossy postcard and/or greeting cards now have a new option to outsource the labor-intensive task of creating these cards, and having them disseminated to their customers and/or their employees for the Holiday Season. World Business Services, Inc., dba Retex Services, is offering a new service where any Retex Member can outsource any card that will have a distribution of 100 or more recipients. World Business Services, Inc. will create and complete mailing fulfillment (card creation, stuffed into envelopes, and mailed to your contacts [domestically]) for the cost of $5 per card, including postage. Since greeting card prices have skyrocketed due to the escalation in the price of gas and shipping of the cards, this service is priced at what you would expect to pay for a regular greeting card plus postage. And, this service eliminates all the labor-intensive tasks that go along with selecting a card, stuffing a card, and mailing a card. It automates the process.

For this introductory offer, World Business Services, Inc. is offering Retex Members a custom card option for the front side of the card. Custom artwork can be submitted directly to World Business Services along with your contact list. Because of the upcoming Holiday Season, World Business Services, Inc. recommends that any Christmas or Chanukah card be sent out by December 9th, 2008. This service can be used year-round to send out birthday cards or anniversary cards to customers and/or employees alike. Custom cards are available where photo’s or business cards or special graphics need to be put on the inside panels of the cards. Cards can also go out in several handwriting fonts, or even can be done in the business executives own handwriting font. These special services are price quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Special promotions are also available upon request. For example, if a Retex Member is a department store, and offers an opportunity for customers to bring their children to sit on Santa’s lap during the Christmas season, the department store could have its staff photographer collect a photo of each child and have that photo sent to the customer on the front of the card, which would provide an endearing memory to the customer and to the child, and promote the loyalty of that customer, as well as a great opportunity to bring new customers into the store during the Holiday Season. Prices for special promotions are quoted on a case-by-case basis.

A free demo of the card service is available, so that the Retex Member can see the physical product, before ordering this service. They will be contacted directly by Retex Services, who will provide them with the sign-up forms, and then; will introduce them directly to the service provider.
