You can place your orders online, or by phone. For multiple locations, you can track expenses from each location, and grant administration rights at the headquarters, individual locations, and departments within each location, and be able to track expenses on an enterprise basis. Shipping for this program is free. You can also place an order online, and if you have an urgent need, go to the nearest Office Depot location nearest your office and pick up the items within a few hours. A nice feature of this program is that your employees and their families receive the same low rates that you receive. All Retex Members of any size are eligible for this program. There are no sign up fees, or monthly minimum usage fees. There is a simple one page sign up that is provided by the service provider. To sign up for this service, the Retex Member may contact the “Business Services” hotline Monday-Friday during business hours, offered by Retex Services at 800-892-0879 in the Continental U.S. (Members in Alaska and/or Hawaii call 800-517-0158), and provide their name, company name, title, phone number and email. They will be contacted directly by Retex Services, who will provide them with the sign-up forms, and then; will introduce them directly to the service provider.
