HOW DOES RETEX WORK?
Consolidate All Your Local Phone Bills, From Each of Your Locations & Save Money

Any size Retex Member whose phone lines are primarily located outside of California, Illinois, Michigan, Hawaii and/or Alaska are eligible to subscribe to this program as well as members who are with the incumbent Baby Bell company in their area (SBC/Bell South/AT&T, Qwest, or Verizon). Subscribing to this service, provided by a nationally recognized vendor, with over half of the Fortune 50 companies as clients, enables retailers to save money and staff hours by consolidating their local phone bills into one, easy to maintain system (see notes below for restrictions).

Retailers benefit by having all of their local phone bills from each of their locations, even if they are disbursed between different Bell operating companies, consolidated into one billing system. The online billing system includes data retrieval features and/or hard copy billing, thus eliminating countless hours of employee time reconciling the local phone bills on a monthly basis. Cost savings are also available to all Retex Members, not only the monthly phone line charges; but also on the features on the phone lines, such as 3-way calling, call forwarding, etc. An optional inside wiring program is available. This offer is only for POTS lines (plain old telephone lines). The only restriction is that your company is currently not “under contract” with any of the Baby Bell companies for a special rate plan. Only phone lines not “under contract” will be migrated to the vendor. The good news is that the vendor requires no long term contracts and a simple one page application.

To sign up for this service, the Retex Member may contact the “Business Services” hotline Monday-Friday during business hours, offered by Retex Services at 800-892-0879 in the Continental U.S. (Members in Alaska and/or Hawaii call 800-517-0158), and provide their name, company name, title, phone number and email. They will be contacted directly by Retex Services, who will provide them with the sign-up forms. Alternatively, any Retex Member may email Retex Member Care.


Notes: Retex Members who are currently not existing clients of the largest wholesale service provider of the Bell Operating companies, may subscribe to this program.

This offer is good within the footprint of the Bell Operating companies. However, if you are not with the incumbent Bell Company in your area, you may switch back to the Bell Company, and then; have your lines changed to this program.
